Evidence should not be fragile.

If a company loses track of a control because someone forgot where the screenshot went, the system is not really working. Proof should be organized where the team can find it, understand it, and reuse it when the next review arrives.

Readiness is not a one-time project.

The company changes every week. People join and leave, cloud settings drift, policies age, and ownership moves. A product that only helps during the first push is not enough. Readiness needs to survive normal operational change.

Startup teams do not need more vague AI.

They need grounded systems. If the product says a control is ready, the proof should be visible. If the answer is drafted, the source should be obvious. If something is missing, the next action should be owned. That is the bar.
